Typical Performance Enhancing Preventative Maintenance Agreement Workflow
- Clean Condensing Coil with coil cleaner
- Check Indoor Blower Motor and Belt, if applicable
- Inspect Condensate Drain Line and/or pump operation
- Pull, Clean and/or Replace Air Filter
- Check Indoor Coil when accessible
- Check all Electrical Connections and Controls
- Check Thermostat operation by cycling system to Cool mode
- Check operational pressures, temperatures and operational amperage
